Using EMDR, attachment theory, and mind-body practices, we work toward changes you can actually feel — in how you respond to stress, how you show up in relationships, and how you feel in your own skin.

We get a feel for each other. You can share a little about what you're looking for and get a sense of who I am and how I work. By the end you'll have a clearer idea of whether working together feels like the right fit.
2. Your first session
No agenda, no pressure. This is simply about getting to know you, your story, what brought you here, and what you're hoping for. We start wherever you are.
3. Building the work together
Based on what you share, we develop a direction that actually makes sense for you. Your goals drive everything. We adjust as we go.
4. Doing the real work
Session by session we start to untangle what's been keeping you spinning. We use whatever approaches make the most sense for you, whether that's EMDR, CBT, or simply the kind of honest conversation that starts to shift something.
